Two Kelowna Crows rugby squads hosting provincial semi-finals this weekend Rugby Crows host semis It’s a big weekend for the Kelowna Crows rugby club. Two of the club's teams will host provincial semi-final games this coming weekend. It’s rare that the Crows are able to host playoff games on home soil. The women’s Division 2 Tier 1 team is taking on SFU while the men’s Division 2 team is facing off against Kats RFC.

Both games will take place at Rutland Recreation Park Saturday. The women’s game begins at 11:15 followed by the men’s game at 12:45. Both teams come into the weekend on a roll. The women finished league play with a record of 9-1-1, and a 1-1 record in head-to-head meetings with SFU.

The men meantime went 17-1 while sweeping both games with Kats RFC. A beer garden will be set up with noise-makers available for kids in attendance.
