Sentencing hearing on June 18 for teacher convicted of raping students

The sentencing hearing of the former school teacher who raped three boys on multiple occasions is on the 18th of this month. The teacher has been convicted on 6 counts of rape. The three students, aged between 15 and 17, were his students at a prominent all boys school in Tailevu. High Court Judge Justice Usaia Ratuvili found that the man raped the students at his home between 2023 and 2024.
