'How to Kill Melania Trump': Shocking Iran Video Threatens First Lady and Barron Trump

A video circulating online and attributed to Iranian propaganda channels has threatened US First Lady Melania Trump and her son, Barron Trump, amid heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran. The video, titled "How to Kill Melania Trump", includes images of the First Lady travelling in a motorcade and visiting locations in New York City. It identifies several luxury stores she has been reported to visit and suggests they could be "suitable for operations by global freedom fighters." It also proposes using a nerve agent to poison clothing that Melania Trump might purchase. Towards the end of the video, Barron Trump is also mentioned, with the message: "This is just the beginning.

Barron Trump, wait for us." Melania Trump and Barron Trump are both protected by full-time Secret Service details. Security is also in place at properties associated with the Trump family, including the White House, Trump Tower in New York, the Bedminster golf club in New Jersey and the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The video follows other threats directed at the Trump family since the conflict with Iran escalated.

Last week, billboards appeared in Tehran calling for the deaths of President Donald Trump and members of his family, including Melania Trump and their children, Don Jr, Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany and Barron. One billboard carried the slogan: "Blood for blood." Melania Trump has made relatively few public appearances in recent weeks. She did not attend the White House Correspondents' Association dinner on Friday. A source close to her told the New York Post she had a "scheduling conflict." President Trump has also said he has been the target of threats from Iran following the US-Israeli operation that killed Iran's supreme leader and other senior regime figures.

Earlier this month, The New York Times reported that Trump switched from the new Air Force One to an older aircraft while leaving Turkey after a NATO summit because of Iranian threats. Speaking to the New York Post, Trump said he had prepared instructions in the event of an assassination attempt. "I've been on their list for a long time. That's what we're dealing with," he said.
